Epoch Consulting is committed to providing the highest standard of service at all times. If we fall short of these high standards, we would like to hear from you. This will give us the opportunity to put matters right and to improve the service we provide to all our clients.

Usually, things can be put right by your primary contact, where applicable, therefore in the first instance please contact your usual contact by email, telephone or letter.

Where the service you receive from Epoch Consulting is unregulated, please contact your usual primary contact. Through this, we will undertake an investigation and provide you with a written response as soon as we have concluded our investigation. We aim to resolve all complaints as quickly as possible and within 8 weeks from when your complaint was received.
